Strategic Project Manager Cybersecurity

What you will do

• Lead strategic cybersecurity initiatives, transformation programs, and organizational change efforts.
• Drive board-sponsored and executive-level programs, tracking milestones, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Implement operating model transformations across the cybersecurity function.
• Manage large-scale technology projects, modernization initiatives, and cybersecurity platform refresh programs.
• Establish governance structures, performance metrics, and reporting mechanisms.
• Drive AI transformation initiatives to improve cybersecurity efficiency, resilience, and business value.

Requirements

• University degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in strategic project, program, or transformation management within cybersecurity, technology, or digital organizations.
• Track record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives and organizational change programs.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity operating models, governance frameworks, and technology landscapes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills in a global matrix organization.
• Strategic mindset, strong execution capabilities, and interest in innovation including AI-enabled transformation.
