Senior Engineering Program Manager

What you will do

• Lead complex cross-functional programs and release lifecycles from initiation through successful delivery.
• Develop and maintain structured program and release plans.
• Monitor execution, identify risks and dependencies, and drive mitigation plans.
• Provide status updates, dashboards, and reports to stakeholders.
• Coordinate collaboration across Product, R&D, and other cross-functional teams.
• Improve program processes, define and optimize KPIs, and coach teams in Agile practices.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience as a Program Manager in an R&D environment.
• Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle models.
• Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to lead without authority and work effectively with limited supervision.
• Strong planning, organizational, prioritization, communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to have

• Background in an R&D role such as Development or QA.
• Experience managing release processes in complex, multi-team environments.
• Jira administration or advanced Jira reporting experience.
