Location: Must be based in Sydney, Australia; Hybrid role (in-office Monday, Wednesday, and Friday).

What you will do

  • Present the hirify.global product portfolio through engaging and technical online demonstrations.
  • Utilize consultative skills to communicate clearly, actively listen, and overcome prospect objections.
  • Manage sales cycles by proactively communicating with potential clients and addressing their technical requirements.
  • Analyze customer needs to tailor product solutions and build supporting business cases.
  • Maintain accurate revenue reporting and detailed client information in the CRM system.
  • Represent the company at trade events and participate in client training or onboarding meetings.

Requirements

  • Must have existing authorization to work in Australia; no visa sponsorship provided.
  • 2+ years of experience in selling IT Operations software or similar B2B solutions.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong professional presence with excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to deliver demos meaningful to both technical audiences and business decision-makers.
  • Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms.
