TL;DR

Head Of Enterprise Sales (Saas): Lead enterprise pipeline generation and sales efforts across Australia and New Zealand with an accent on enterprise and public sector sales including government and higher education. Focus on building and scaling a high-performing sales team, driving revenue growth, and managing complex multi-stakeholder deals.

Location: Based in Sydney office with hybrid schedule (Mon, Tue, Thu in-office; Wed work from home; Fri depends on role)

Salary: 203,500 AUD - 230,000 AUD base

What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a team of Enterprise Account Executives and Public Sector sales specialists across ANZ.
  • Own pipeline generation strategy and execution for Enterprise and Public Sector verticals.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies including territory planning and account prioritization.
  • Build and maintain C-suite and senior executive relationships in enterprise, government, and education sectors.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Development, Channel Partnerships, Marketing, Customer Success, and Legal teams.
  • Forecast pipeline and revenue accurately and represent hirify.global at industry events.

Requirements

  • Must have 10+ years enterprise software sales experience with 3-5 years in sales leadership.
  • Experience in ANZ market and public sector sales including government and higher education.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to engage C-suite and senior officials.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise SaaS sales motions and complex deal cycles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and forecasting skills.
  • Based in or able to work from Sydney office with hybrid schedule.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with MEDDICC or other enterprise sales qualification methodologies.
  • Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies.
  • Experience in work management, project management, or collaboration software space.
