What you will do
- Build and execute account strategies for top accounts to drive penetration and growth.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Lead contract renewals and negotiations, demonstrating the value of our software solutions.
- Identify and convert cross-sell and upsell opportunities by aligning hirify.global products with customer goals.
- Conduct high-level product demos and coordinate with sales engineers for deeper technical requirements.
- Collaborate across internal teams to escalate and resolve customer issues and provide feedback for product improvements.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in a customer-facing direct selling role, ideally within a SaaS organization.
- Proven track record of consistent achievement against sales quotas.
- Strong account and relationship management skills with excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Analytical capability to assess customer usage data and derive actionable insights.
- Experience working in Microsoft and Salesforce environments is highly preferred.
- Must be local to or able to commute to the Melbourne office for a hybrid work arrangement.

- Familiarity with CRM software beyond Salesforce.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
