What you will do

• Proactively promote financial services to existing customers and drive adoption of Lightspeed Capital
• Build trusted advisor relationships and identify financial service opportunities within assigned merchant book
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize business growth
• Achieve sales targets through exceptional advice and coordination with regional leadership
• Employ business development and relationship management techniques to exceed sales goals
• Provide regular feedback to business leaders and understand risk aspects of Merchant Capital Advances

Requirements

• Location: Melbourne, Victoria, Australia
• Sales experience with financial service products and proven high performance
• Understanding of consultative sales in a SaaS environment
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com and pipeline management technologies
• Strong interpersonal skills for internal and external partnership building
