What you will do

  • Develop and execute tailored account success plans aligned with client business goals and KPIs.
  • Build and nurture executive-level relationships, serving as a strategic advisor and internal advocate.
  • Lead executive business reviews to translate platform performance data into actionable recommendations.
  • Proactively identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive account growth.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle from onboarding and deployment to ongoing adoption and renewals.
  • Collaborate across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Finance to ensure a seamless client experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management, including at least 1 year with enterprise SaaS clients.
  • Strong commercial acumen and proven track record in revenue growth and retention.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging C-level stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Solid understanding of digital workplace solutions, integrations, and APIs.
  • Ability to travel as required.
