What you will do

• Define and evolve the solution architecture for the A2R value stream to ensure enterprise alignment.
• Drive innovative, AI-enabled solutions to transform operations and drive business scale.
• Lead architectural design of CRM, marketing automation, customer data platforms (CDPs), and analytics tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional product, marketing, and sales leadership to translate business needs into technical roadmaps.
• Implement event-driven architectures, real-time data pipelines, and API-first integrations.
• Guide teams in practicing Lean-Agile principles and DevSecOps continuous delivery.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 12+ years of professional industry experience designing and implementing solutions.
• 8+ years of experience in solution or enterprise architecture roles.
• 3+ years of experience working in a SAFe or scaled Agile environment.
• Deep expertise in marketing and sales technology ecosystems including Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Proven ability to deliver technical solutions meeting enterprise standards for quality, security, and operability.

Nice to have

• SAFe® Architect Certification.
• Familiarity with identity resolution, consent management, and customer data platforms.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures, microservices, and API gateways.
