What you will do

• Lead strategic technical discovery sessions with Fortune 500 prospects to identify business challenges.
• Design robust and scalable generative AI solutions using the internal platform, APIs, and custom applications.
• Execute impactful proofs of concept (PoCs) and demonstrations to showcase transformative business value.
• Serve as a technical advisor to C-suite executives and engineering leaders on AI strategy and architecture.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence the future roadmap based on customer feedback.
• Champion platform adoption through education on the capabilities of generative AI for enterprise use cases.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles like solutions architecture or sales engineering.
• Deep expertise in generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering best practices.
• Strong proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with APIs, microservices, and cloud AI platforms.
• Excellent communication skills for translating complex technical concepts for executive audiences.
• Proven ability to uncover root causes and architect innovative solutions for enterprise-level challenges.
• Must be available for a hybrid role based in the New York City hub.
