What you will do

• Own and optimize Salesforce as the primary CRM across multiple business units including Servicing and Customer Success.
• Lead technical strategy and architecture for Salesforce Service Cloud and related systems integrations.
• Drive adoption of best practices in system governance, security, compliance (PCI-DSS, GDPR, SOC 2), and DevOps automation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Analytics, and Operations teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Manage system enhancements including configurations, Lightning components, API integrations, and low-code tools.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide training and documentation for strong adoption.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States and eligible to work remotely within the country.
• 7+ years experience in Business Systems Engineering or Enterprise Applications, preferably in fintech or SaaS.
• Deep Salesforce expertise including certifications and hands-on experience with Service Cloud features and Apex development.
• Experience with integrations (Snowflake, Amazon Connect), DevOps tools (BuildKite, GitHub Actions), and Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication skills to bridge technical and business needs.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
