What you will do

• Own and optimize Salesforce as the primary CRM across multiple business units including Servicing and Operations.
• Lead technical strategy and architecture for Salesforce platform improvements and integrations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Analytics, and Business teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Implement and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud features including Case Management, Omni-Channel, and Einstein Gen AI.
• Drive DevOps automation using Salesforce DevOps Center and GitHub Actions.
• Maintain system governance, security, and compliance with fintech regulations such as PCI-DSS, GDPR, and SOC 2.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Canada and work remotely within the country
• 7+ years experience in Business Systems Engineering or Enterprise Applications, preferably in fintech or SaaS.
• Deep Salesforce expertise with relevant certifications preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and integrations with systems like Snowflake and Amazon Connect.
• Strong technical leadership and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• English: C1 level or higher required
