Location: Remote (United States only)

Salary: $130,000 - $145,000 USD (annual base)

What you will do

  • Hire, coach, and scale a team of 6–8 Account Executives, fostering a culture of high performance and ownership.
  • Own the segment's revenue quota, managing the full sales funnel from pipeline generation to closing Mid-Market contracts.
  • Act as the primary coach for sales execution, ensuring all deals are pressure-tested against MEDDICC methodology.
  • Actively participate in the sales cycle, joining key calls to quantify ROI of hirify.global's data for target brands.
  • Provide weekly, signal-based sales forecasts to the RVP using Gong Forecasting.
  • Collaborate with RVP and Marketing to refine the Mid-Market "Playbook" for targeted brand engagement.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with 3+ years specifically in sales management.
  • Deep familiarity with the Retail and Restaurant landscape, understanding challenges of scaling brands from 30 to 100 locations.
  • Obsession with sales process and methodology, particularly living and breathing MEDDICC.
  • Ability to translate complex foot-traffic data into simple, compelling business cases for CFOs and VPs.
  • Consistent track record of leading teams to 100%+ quota attainment.
  • Experience in Data-as-a-Service (DaaS), Analytics, or MarTech.
  • Expert proficiency in Salesforce and Gong.
  • Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time for conferences and major industry events.
