What you will do
- Hire, coach, and scale a high-performance team of 6–8 account executives.
- Own the segment quota by managing the full sales funnel from pipeline generation to closing.
- Act as the primary coach for sales execution using the MEDDICC methodology.
- Participate in key discovery calls and demos to demonstrate ROI for brands in the 30-99 location range.
- Provide signal-based weekly forecasts using Gong to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with marketing to refine industry-specific sales playbooks.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with 3+ years in management
- Deep familiarity with the Retail and Restaurant industry landscape
- Mastery of the MEDDICC sales methodology
- Expert proficiency in Salesforce and Gong
- Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time for industry events
