What you will do

• Partner with the Programme Manager to define scope and strategic requirements for OT and UHF radio modernization.
• Create and validate technical specifications to guide engineering teams.
• Support discovery and feasibility work to ensure alignment with regulatory and programme goals.
• Engage with operations, safety, and technology stakeholders to document clear, auditable requirements.
• Analyze and report on essential project metrics to support evidence-led decision-making.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK and able to attend the Durham office for periodic duties.
• Proven proficiency in drafting technical specifications and supporting documentation.
• Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience or strong understanding of wireless communications projects in OT environments.
• Solid knowledge of telecommunications or wireless technologies including 5G.
