Customer Success Manager (Portfolio Accounts): Manage and drive adoption and retention for a large customer base using hirify.global's collaboration software with an accent on customer engagement, satisfaction, and business outcome achievement. Focus on designing workshops, co-creating strategies, and mitigating risks to ensure long-term customer success and retention.

Location: Chicago office with an office-centric hybrid schedule (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday in-office; Wednesday and Friday work from home options)

Salary: $116,800 - $132,800

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of customers across industries and stages to drive adoption and retention.
  • Conduct discovery and lead design workshops to understand and improve customer processes using hirify.global.
  • Deliver business reviews highlighting value realized and opportunities for deeper engagement.
  • Empower customers to become self-sufficient champions of hirify.global.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Renewals, Support, and Finance to manage risks and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Location: Must work from Chicago office with hybrid schedule
  • 5+ years in Account Management or Customer Success roles.
  • Strong communication skills with diverse audiences including executives.
  • Customer-centric mindset with proven risk mitigation and retention strategies.
  • Self-motivated, curious, and adaptable in ambiguous environments.
  • Interest in AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity.
