Salary: Base Pay Range: $72,200 - $120,200. Total Target Cash Range: $111,000 - $184,800.

What you will do
- Coordinate with teams for successful adoption, configuration, and deployment of Analytics Products leveraging bibliometric and scientometric expertise.
- Guide clients through onboarding, change management, and process improvement to integrate hirify.global solutions into their ecosystem.
- Demonstrate knowledge in aligning hirify.global's capabilities to customer priorities and competitive positioning.
- Provide oversight and guidance for Customer Success Managers on solution implementation and customer requirements validation.
- Assist with customer escalations by leveraging expertise and providing solutions in collaboration with product teams.
- Spearhead internal cross-functional improvement projects by educating the CSM team and building internal documentation.
- Understand customer use cases for hirify.global offerings and explain how the portfolio meets their requirements.
- Act as a trusted advisor, contributing to long-term engagement plans, renewals, and account growth.
Requirements
- Relevant education background and strong knowledge of hirify.global Analytical and Engineering Products.
- Solid background in computer science or mathematics, and/or prior software work experience.
- In-depth understanding of hirify.global A&G customers' needs, ambitions, obstacles, and workflows.
- Advanced consultative sales and customer success skills.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, data analytical, and communication skills.
- Data storytelling and advisory capabilities.
- Experience in building influential networks within customer organizations.
- Prior use of analytical and AI solutions.
- Experience working in an international matrix organization.
- Strong English communication and presentation skills.
