What you will do

• Manage technical relationships for a portfolio of complex customer accounts as a trusted advisor.
• Provide advanced technical guidance and best practices to maximize platform value.
• Proactively monitor customer environments to identify and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Support, and Product teams to address challenges.
• Facilitate technical reviews and deliver actionable recommendations for optimization.
• Maintain detailed account documentation and support account expansion efforts.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Technology, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in SaaS technical account management or related roles.
• Strong technical knowledge of integrations, APIs, and SaaS environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
