What you will do
- Nurture key stakeholder relationships within accounts to support retention and growth efforts.
- Develop and execute customized success strategies based on deep customer insights.
- Identify account-specific metrics to track performance and adjust plans for better results.
- Facilitate collaboration between account stakeholders and renewal teams for expanded sales opportunities.
- Represent the company at regional events to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.
- Provide training and lead generation support for new sales trials.
Requirements
- English proficiency required.
- 1-2 years of client-facing experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and work effectively with global cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated with a positive and proactive attitude towards challenges.
- Must be authorized to work in Mexico.
