What you will do
- Build and nurture strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders to strengthen partnerships and engagement.
- Develop joint strategic plans for customer success and long-term value realization.
- Investigate clinical and operational needs to create customized success strategies and track progress via key metrics.
- Support renewal efforts by leveraging relationships and introducing stakeholders to Account Managers.
- Provide product training, onboarding, and guidance to healthcare professionals using Clinical Solutions.
- Participate in regional industry events to increase company visibility and thought leadership.
Requirements
- Clinical or healthcare-related background required (e.g., Nursing, Medicine, Public Health, or Clinical Education).
- Experience working with hospitals, healthcare systems, or clinical workflows.
- 1–2 years of client-facing experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Clinical Support.
- Advanced English proficiency is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to influence global teams and stakeholders.
