What you will do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned client accounts to ensure high satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for clients to maximize the value of the software and services.
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process and deliver training sessions for new clients.
• Communicate product updates and coordinate training on new features.
• Act as a client advocate by gathering feedback and sharing it with internal teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve client concerns efficiently.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Ability to understand and clearly explain technical software features.
• Experience with client onboarding and delivering professional training sessions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
