What you will do
- Own customer health and retention for a defined portfolio to ensure consistent value realization and satisfaction.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Payroll, Finance, and Ops to proactively resolve issues affecting client and employee experience.
- Partner with Hiring Success Managers to efficiently activate committed FTE hires and remove operational blockers.
- Identify and drive strategic expansion opportunities across products and countries.
- Act as a trusted advisor on global employment and country-specific practices using internal resources and expert networks.
- Provide structured feedback to Product and Leadership teams to influence the service roadmap and process optimization.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Support, or Customer Success, ideally within a SaaS business.
- Experience working in global HR, Payroll, or Global Mobility.
- Must be based in one of the following countries: Portugal, Poland, Ukraine, Spain, Egypt, Croatia, Lithuania, Kosovo, Montenegro, Romania, South Africa, or Nigeria.
- Strong strategic thinking and clear communication skills for collaborating in a global environment.
- Ability to work independently and autonomously while maintaining effective collaboration.
