What you will do

• Implement and manage customer background screening programs aligned with organizational goals.
• Structure and implement long-term contracts to renew and grow revenue from the customer base.
• Develop multi-level relationships with key decision-makers to ensure retention and stability.
• Create strategic account plans to grow customer revenue and ensure satisfaction.
• Liaise between clients and internal departments using Salesforce.com for interaction management.
• Conduct regular business reviews to mitigate risk and enhance screening programs.

Requirements

• Exclusively open to internal applicants.
• Must be based in the Philippines.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role (preferred).
• Experience in sales, sales management, or consultative selling (up-selling/cross-selling).
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and intermediate skills in Salesforce.com.
