What you will do
- Act as a secondary point of contact for assigned B2B customers to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve member issues and enhance the overall user experience.
- Maintain project management documentation and customer dashboards using Gainsight and Asana.
- Compile data-driven Quarterly Business Review (QBR) decks by extracting insights from Looker.
- Coordinate the distribution of member marketing materials and organize virtual events.
- Manage account continuity and transition planning to prevent disruptions during account owner changes.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably within a B2B environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience.
- Technical proficiency with SFTP, ticketing systems, and project management tools.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and a willingness to adopt new software platforms.
- Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
