Customer Success Associate with German

What you will do

• Drive post-sales journey for assigned accounts from adoption to renewal
• Manage high-volume book of business (>250 accounts, 10K-30K range)
• Process renewals in SFDC and assist with add-ons, products, subscription changes
• Ensure price increase targets are met and manage at-risk situations
• Handle inbound inquiries, present product value, and mitigate churn via email/phone
• Support customer nurture campaigns and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities

Requirements

• Fluency in both German and English
• 1-2 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or customer-facing role
• Experience managing renewals and negotiation conversations
• Strong verbal/written communication and professional customer interaction skills
• Ability to understand business needs and connect to product value
• Proactive problem-solving with creative solutions
