• Guide members and B2B partners through the intricacies of the French healthcare system.
• Dedicate 80% of your time to exceptional member support and 20% to driving innovative Care projects.
• Identify and implement process improvements based on data insights.
• Design member empowerment initiatives to boost autonomy and optimize team structures.
• Collaborate on cross-community product innovations.

Requirements

• Full working proficiency in French and English (written and spoken).
• Fiscal residence in France.
• Genuine passion for helping others and solving member challenges.
