What you will do

• Build and maintain project frameworks and scalable templates for various event types using Asana.
• Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, including vendor onboarding, contract routing, and internal approvals.
• Oversee invoice processing, PO tracking, and financial reconciliation for event programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional workflows between marketing, creative, finance, and sales teams.
• Maintain operational playbooks, master calendars, and program trackers.
• Support event registration workflows and ensure accurate lead data flow into marketing and sales systems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in event operations, marketing operations, or project management.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong experience managing vendor contracts, procurement, and invoice processes.
• Proficiency with project management platforms like Asana.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment supporting high-volume event programs.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, Cvent, or Bizzabo.
• Experience within B2B SaaS or high-growth technology organizations.
