What you will do

  • Plan, build, and execute event concepts and experiences targeting prospects and customers through owned/hosted field marketing events program.
  • Develop scalable event programs that will grow with the company.
  • Forecast, measure, analyze, and report on the impact of demand creation activities on sales pipeline, revenue, and conversion.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders on program results and findings.
  • Work on multiple, simultaneous events that require both strategic thinking and creativity, as well as high-speed tactical execution.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience in a B2B event marketing role.
  • Exceptional project and time management skills with experience partnering with revenue and marketing operations teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to deal professionally with senior executives, sales team members, vendors, and team members.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Google Workspace, and other sales and marketing systems.
  • Creative and innovative thinking with a willingness to take risks, iterate, and learn.
  • Positive mindset and team player mentality.
