What you will do
- Define and execute North America field events plan to enhance brand visibility and meet business goals.
- Develop localized marketing strategies to generate leads and accelerate sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver seamless, impactful events.
- Lead event execution including budgeting, logistics, vendor management, and post-event analysis.
- Track event metrics and KPIs to evaluate success and present actionable insights.
- Leverage digital platforms and industry trends to enhance client experience and event effectiveness.
Requirements
- Must have 5+ years experience in field/corporate events management within technology, software, or e-commerce focused on North America.
- Proven success managing event budgets and executing industry events like Shoptalk, NRF, or eTail.
- Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills with attention to deadlines.
- Experience with event management tools such as Asana, Marketo, Cvent, Salesforce, and HubSpot.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with senior cross-functional teams including Sales and Client Success.
- Preferred US east-coast location for collaboration with global field marketing team.

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- Experience supporting diverse North America events and working directly with sales to drive results.
