Location: Must reside near Austin, TX (hybrid), or remote from Raleigh, NC; Nashville, TN; or Toronto, Canada

Salary: $90,000–$125,000 per year (North America)

What you will do

  • Own and optimize marketing technology stack including HubSpot, Salesforce, and Outreach for seamless integration and data flow.
  • Build and maintain dashboards tracking pipeline generation, funnel health, and campaign performance.
  • Partner with GTM teams to design and scale ABM strategies and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Manage lead scoring, routing, nurturing, and develop scalable campaign processes and SLAs.
  • Coordinate tracking, tagging, and reporting to ensure end-to-end visibility of marketing programs.
  • Act as a trainer to empower teams and build scalable solutions rather than temporary fixes.

Requirements

  • Must reside near Austin, TX (hybrid) or be remote from Raleigh, NC; Nashville, TN; or Toronto, Canada.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on Marketing Operations experience, ideally in Enterprise B2B SaaS.
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot and Salesforce; HubSpot certifications are a plus.
  • Experience designing and supporting ABM programs bridging marketing and sales.
  • Strong understanding of lead management, marketing funnel metrics, and attribution models.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate data into business narratives.
