What you will do
- Own and optimize marketing technology stack including HubSpot, Salesforce, and Outreach for seamless integration and data flow.
- Build and maintain dashboards tracking pipeline generation, funnel health, and campaign performance.
- Partner with GTM teams to design and scale ABM strategies and multi-channel campaigns.
- Manage lead scoring, routing, nurturing, and develop scalable campaign processes and SLAs.
- Coordinate tracking, tagging, and reporting to ensure end-to-end visibility of marketing programs.
- Act as a trainer to empower teams and build scalable solutions rather than temporary fixes.
Requirements
- Must reside near Austin, TX (hybrid) or be remote from Raleigh, NC; Nashville, TN; or Toronto, Canada.
- 3-5 years of hands-on Marketing Operations experience, ideally in Enterprise B2B SaaS.
- Deep expertise in HubSpot and Salesforce; HubSpot certifications are a plus.
- Experience designing and supporting ABM programs bridging marketing and sales.
- Strong understanding of lead management, marketing funnel metrics, and attribution models.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate data into business narratives.
