Location: Remote within the USA with hybrid work expected within 45 miles of Westlake/Dallas, TX office (onsite Tuesday through Thursday)

Salary: $121,600 - $160,000 USD annually

• Define and own the annual global events strategy, master calendar, and investment model.
• Lead Tier 1 sponsorship decisions and vendor negotiations with strong business case development.
• Develop a Global Production Playbook to ensure brand consistency and executive-level quality worldwide.
• Design and build a scalable global vendor ecosystem covering agencies, production, registration, and logistics.
• Drive accountability for event ROI, lead capture quality, and seamless handoff to revenue teams.

Requirements

• Must be located in the USA with hybrid work near Dallas, TX office
• 10+ years of B2B enterprise event marketing experience in tech or SaaS.
• Proven experience managing multi-million dollar global event portfolios and Tier 1 sponsorships.
• Strong financial modeling skills and ability to translate event data into revenue insights.
• Ability to travel globally to oversee Tier 1 initiatives and collaborate with regional leads.
• Exceptional communication skills for board-level presentations and global alignment.
