What you will do
- Conduct regular project meetings with customers from post-sales through the go-live phase.
- Perform hands-on technical integration and data quality testing to ensure platform accuracy.
- Draft tailored project plans and manage client requirements through change request documents.
- Configure application settings according to specific customer needs and data quality results.
- Coordinate with functional analysts, sales, and development teams to facilitate smooth onboarding.
- Deliver weekly project status reports to both internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in the Capital Markets domain with exposure to equities, futures, and options.
- Strong proficiency in Unix/Linux command-line environments.
- Solid understanding of trading protocols such as FIX or Omnet.
- Prior experience with version control tools like GIT.
- Professional communication and negotiation skills for managing customer relationships.
- Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of OTC markets including Forex and Fixed Income.
- Understanding of regular expressions.
- Certification or advanced expertise in project management tools like Excel.
