Salary: $150,218 - $246,400 annually

What you will do

• Work closely with cross-functional teams from Product, Engineering, and Sales to drive the end-to-end delivery of new products, services, and/or features to market.
• Manage a variety of complex, cross-functional programs and lead all aspects of assigned programs delivery.
• Create and maintain the Roadmap for the teams by working with the respective Tech and Product leaders.
• Define the way of driving the programs and constantly find ways to improve the process in a data-driven manner.
• Track and report progress, identify and mitigate risks, and remove blockers.
• Mentor and coach junior team members and grow the team.

Requirements

• Must have a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a related field, and 1 year of related work experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree and 3 years of related work experience.
• Must have 1 year of experience in Agile development process and leading scrum teams as a coach or a scrum master.
• Experience in Software development project management including building development processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience Creating and maintaining the software development roadmap for the engineers.
• Experience Managing key stakeholder relationships and gathering feedback to build programs aimed at driving customer revenue, growth, and retention.
• Experience Planning, developing, and executing projects in Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
