Salary: $169,000 - $268,000 USD

What you will do
- Partner with technical field teams (Solution Architects, Customer Solutions Architects, Professional Services) to support daily operations
- Define, design, and deliver key metrics and operational reports for leadership at all levels
- Manage Salesforce to track technical engagement, KPIs, and team performance
- Analyze pipeline conversion rates and implement initiatives to improve technical sales stages
- Lead programs to enhance technical team efficiency and productivity
- Manage fiscal year planning including headcount, capacity, quotas, and operational cadence
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States and work remotely
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- 3-5 years experience in operations management or similar technical role
- Proficiency with Salesforce and data analysis/reporting tools
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience working asynchronously in fully remote, distributed teams
