What you will do

  • Partner with technical field teams (Solution Architects, Customer Solutions Architects, Professional Services) to support daily operations
  • Define, design, and deliver key metrics and operational reports for leadership at all levels
  • Manage Salesforce to track technical engagement, KPIs, and team performance
  • Analyze pipeline conversion rates and implement initiatives to improve technical sales stages
  • Lead programs to enhance technical team efficiency and productivity
  • Manage fiscal year planning including headcount, capacity, quotas, and operational cadence

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States and work remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 3-5 years experience in operations management or similar technical role
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and data analysis/reporting tools
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
  • Experience working asynchronously in fully remote, distributed teams
