TL;DR

Professional Services Program Manager (AI): Managing multiple implementation projects for cloud contact center software with an accent on time, scope, and budget. Focus on collaborating with project managers and partners, identifying project risks, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Location: United States (Remote). This role is fully remote for candidates who reside outside the 50 mile radius of our San Ramon office. For candidates who reside within 50 miles of our San Ramon location, this role is Hybrid and would require 3 days a week (M, W, TH) in our San Ramon office.

Salary: $70,400 - $196,300 USD

What you will do

  • Lead and manage day-to-day operational and tactical aspects for multiple Implementation projects.
  • Communicate plans, progress, and status updates to internal staff and customer stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with associated project managers and partners to ensure a streamlined implementation of all products.
  • Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation plans.
  • Seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
  • Maintain and update internal applications associated with implementation projects.

Requirements

  • 5+ years as a Program Manager, Scrum Master, or Technical Consultant.
  • Experience managing multiple projects across multiple customers simultaneously.
  • Exposure to Artificial Intelligence within the Voice and Digital channels.
  • Contact Center Industry experience highly preferred.
  • Experience managing implementations of hirify.global or other VoIP Call Center solutions is highly desired.
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience is required.

Nice to have

  • Some knowledge of SaaS CRM solutions (Salesforce, Dynamics, NetSuite, Oracle Service Cloud, Zendesk, ServiceNow) is desired.
  • One or more of the following certifications is preferred; PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or Kanban related certifications.
  • Bilingual skills a plus.
