What you will do

• Own and drive full project lifecycle for SaaS solution launches from kickoff to post-launch review.
• Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and address obstacles proactively.
• Lead project meetings, assign action items, and hold contributors accountable.
• Act as primary contact for dealer partners, guiding technical and operational requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation ensuring transparency and auditability.
• Apply project management methodologies and manage risks and dependencies.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States or Canada with willingness to travel up to 50%
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; Master's preferred.
• 3+ years client services or account management; 2+ years SaaS onboarding experience.
• Expertise in SaaS platform configuration, CRM, data analytics, and workflow automation tools.
• Proven track record in client onboarding, engagement, and maintaining high satisfaction.
• US employment visa sponsorship is not available.
