What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, balancing existing customer relationships with new business development.
  • Prospect across a broad range of accounts to uncover new business and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify client pain points and align them with hirify.global solutions.
  • Utilize MEDDPICC methodologies to navigate complex account dynamics and establish stakeholder trust.
  • Collaborate with Pre-sales, Channel, and Marketing teams to deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts, accurately forecasting opportunities to meet and exceed annual sales targets.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 6+ years of experience selling software solutions, including cloud, ITSM, ITAM, or security products.
  • Proven track record of managing an end-to-end sales process and exceeding annual quotas.
  • Deep experience utilizing defined sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Challenger.
  • Consultative approach to uncovering business opportunities and pain points.
  • Strong ability to independently manage and expand both existing and greenfield accounts.
