TL;DR

Regional Manager (EdTech): Scaling district partnerships and driving the go-to-market strategy for math education solutions in Texas with an accent on relationship management and consultative sales. Location: Must be based in Texas (Dallas or Austin preferred) and willing to travel ~50%

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 base + OTE $110,000+

What you will do

  • Lead the full sales cycle for school districts from initial outreach to contract signing.
  • Launch and expand hirify.global's market presence across the Texas region.
  • Build and nurture relationships with district leaders and key education stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at local conferences, networking events, and district meetings.
  • Partner with Strategy and Success teams to deliver demos, pilots, and secure partnerships.
  • Contribute to the refinement of go-to-market strategies and sales playbooks.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Texas (Dallas or Austin preferred)
  • Willingness to travel ~50% of the time
  • 3+ years of experience in startups, tech, consulting, or fast-paced business environments.
  • Proven ability to manage and close complex sales cycles.
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and founder mentality.
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills.

  • Previous experience launching or growing a business from an early stage.
  • Strong interest in education, learning science, and systemic change.
  • Passion for process improvement and strategic scaling.
