What you will do
- Work a signals-based outbound queue to engage high-intent leads with personalized outreach.
- Leverage tools like Clay and Smartlead for lead enrichment and outreach execution.
- Book qualified meetings for sales and partnership teams with clear handoffs and feedback loops.
- Collaborate daily with Marketing and Sales to refine ICP, triggers, offers, and messaging.
- Participate in live coaching, call reviews, and script iteration within the founding pod.
- Log activities and insights to measure and scale outbound performance.
Requirements
- Experience in SDR, BDR, Growth, or outbound sales roles.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, economics, or related field.
- Strong research and writing skills for personalized, high-impact outreach.
- Comfortable with phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach channels.
- Familiarity or interest in modern outbound tools like Clay, AI enrichment platforms, and dialers.
- Location: Must work hybrid in San Francisco or Los Angeles offices, USA.
