What you will do
- Represent the company at regional conferences, trade shows, and industry events to generate new business opportunities.
- Proactively identify and qualify target schools and districts within the assigned region.
- Execute a mix of in-person, cold call, and email outreach strategies.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for educators and school administrators to communicate value propositions.
- Coordinate closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate sales activity and lead data within HubSpot.
Requirements
- Must be able to work from the Dallas office 4 days per week.
- 1–5 years of experience in SDR, BDR, or lead generation roles within B2B sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline and sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a collaborative environment.
- Passion for the education sector and desire to impact student learning.
Nice to have
- Experience attending or managing education-focused conferences and trade shows.
- Proficiency with GTM tools such as HubSpot and ZoomInfo.
