What you will do
- Execute outbound prospecting via email, phone, and LinkedIn to hit pipeline targets.
- Partner with Account Executives on territory planning and account prioritization.
- Build and optimize multi-channel outbound campaigns using tools like Clay and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Refine messaging, call scripts, and outreach strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Own the outbound process end-to-end, from account research to booking qualified meetings.
- Support regional Go-To-Market and marketing activities.
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of SDR/BDR experience in Cloud or SaaS.
- Proven history of success in outbound lead generation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to sell to technical decision-makers like CTOs or VPs of Engineering.
- High degree of autonomy and organizational skills.
- Must reside in the UK, the Netherlands, Sweden, Germany, or Switzerland.
