TL;DR

Market Development Representative (Sales): Responsible for inbound lead qualification and nurture, engaging prospects who have expressed interest in hirify.global's solutions, utilizing an omnichannel approach. Focus on building relationships and aligning prospects' needs with the company's offerings. This role requires working in the office 3 days per week.

Location: This role has a requirement of working in office 3 days per week in London, England

hirify.global is the leading Accounting Transformation Platform in accounting workflow automation created by actual former accountants for accountants.

What you will do

  • Qualify inbound leads through various marketing channels.
  • Complete ad hoc projects for Business Development, Revenue Operations, and Marketing departments.
  • Engage with leads to understand their needs and assess their fit for hirify.global's solutions.
  • Educate prospects about the value and benefits of hirify.global's products.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and prospect data in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1 year experience with proven track record in a similar role, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with prospects.
  • Visa sponsorship is NOT available at this time

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Marketing tools (HubSpot, Qualified/Drift, etc.) and sales engagement tools (e.g. Outreach/Salesloft, Orum, LinkedIn Sales Nav, Zoominfo) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of accounting, finance, or related fields is a bonus but not required.
