What you will do

• Lead and mentor a distributed team of program managers to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Govern processes, tools, and metrics for the PMO to ensure effective alignment with organizational outcomes.
• Manage the entire portfolio, overseeing dependencies and ensuring strategic roadmaps are executed successfully.
• Optimize capacity allocation across cross-functional teams to balance strategic priorities with operational commitments.
• Identify portfolio-level risks, develop mitigation strategies, and drive organizational change management initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 15+ years of progressive project or program management leadership experience.
• At least 5 years of experience running large-scale, complex software deployment programs.
• Proven direct experience with AI-driven development.
• Experience building and leading a PMO or similar portfolio governance function in a high-tech environment.
• Ability to influence without direct authority across engineering, operations, and product teams.
