What you will do

• Take accountability for program health, including scope, schedule, cost, and risk management.
• Lead portfolio-level PMO governance, reporting, and financial tracking.
• Coordinate execution alignment between engineering teams and product strategy.
• Identify and drive mitigation for cross-stream dependencies and systemic risks.
• Intervene in high-risk or delayed programs to ensure stable, high-quality delivery.
• Facilitate executive-level communications and maintain commercial alignment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software delivery.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex, multi-stream programs.
• Proven ability to establish and run PMO functions.
• Strong background in risk signal analysis and dependency management.
• Experience navigating commercial frameworks and engaging executive stakeholders.
• Must be located in LATAM (Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, or Uruguay).

Nice to have

• Experience in travel or hospitality technology (e.g., PSS, PMS, CRS).
• Practical experience applying AI-assisted approaches in delivery and governance processes.
• Data-informed PMO practice, including advanced forecasting.
