What you will do

• Take accountability for overall program health across scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk.
• Lead portfolio level PMO activities including governance, planning, reporting, financial tracking, and escalation processes.
• Identify, assess, and drive mitigation for systemic risks and cross stream dependencies.
• Coordinate execution alignment with evolving product strategies and release plans.
• Facilitate trade offs between product domains and delivery constraints.
• Lead executive level communication forums and maintain alignment with commercial expectations.

Requirements

• More than 10 years of experience in enterprise software delivery.
• More than 5 years managing complex, interdependent, multi stream programs.
• Experience establishing and running PMO functions.
• Practical experience in portfolio level risk and dependency management.
• Background stabilizing high risk or delayed programs.
• Experience working in product focused organizations.
• Experience engaging executive stakeholders and navigating commercial frameworks.

Nice to have

• Background in travel or hospitality technology including PSS, NDC, Loyalty, PMS, CRS, high availability systems, or multi vendor delivery ecosystems.
• Experience with data informed PMO practices including forecasting, risk signal analysis, and structured reporting.
• Experience applying AI assisted approaches within governance or delivery processes.
