What you will do
- Drive end-to-end program management for critical platform initiatives.
- Build and run release management processes to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery.
- Establish and scale incident management and RCA processes for platform services.
- Define success metrics and manage risks in partnership with engineering and product leadership.
- Improve release visibility through dashboards, retrospectives, and program forums.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure end-to-end reliability of the ML developer stack.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of program management experience in SaaS, developer tools, or ML/AI platforms.
- Proven track record in running release and incident management programs.
- Technical fluency in cloud computing, developer workflows, and CI/CD practices.
- Must be a U.S. person (citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) to comply with export control regulations.
- Ability to attend onboarding at a company hub within the first month.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with ML workflows, model training, and inference.
- Experience building integrations between SaaS platforms, APIs, and cloud services.
- Background in reliability engineering and DevOps program leadership.
