What you will do

• Define and execute the long-term strategic vision and roadmap for all Microsoft 365 platforms.

• Establish robust governance frameworks and security policies for all M365 services.

Requirements

• 12-15+ years of experience in enterprise-level IT.
• Minimum 10 years of specific experience with Microsoft 365 platforms in a leadership capacity.
• Deep architectural understanding of Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Azure AD, Intune, and Power Platform.
• Proven track record of leading large, geographically dispersed technical teams.
• Experience managing Microsoft 365 solutions within stringent regulatory and security frameworks.
• Exceptional executive-level communication and negotiation skills.
