What you will do

• Manage IT system requests, diagnose root causes, and drive continuous improvement through process enhancements.
• Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding, including access control and account provisioning.
• Provision and maintain company endpoints using MDM tools like Jamf and Intune.
• Administer identity management systems including Okta, Entra ID, and SSO integrations.
• Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and Audio/Video systems to maintain seamless office operations.
• Document IT best practices and maintain accurate inventory and asset records.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT Support or IT Operations.
• 2+ years of experience with Windows/macOS endpoint configuration and MDM platforms.
• Hands-on experience with identity management (Okta) and ITSM tools like Jira Service Management.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and Jira.
• Ability to work 100% on-site in Sioux Falls, SD.
• Flexibility for occasional after-hours support.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing AI-driven automation solutions.
• Working knowledge of Linux environments.
• Familiarity with Zero-Trust security principles and SAML authentication.
• Certification in relevant IT technologies.
• BS/BA in Information Technology or Computer Science.
