What you will do

• Administer enterprise SaaS applications including DocuSign, Confluence, Ashby, Ramp, Salesforce, NetSuite, and Workday.
• Manage user lifecycle operations and role-based access controls across systems.
• Configure workflows, automations, permissions, and integrations to support business needs.
• Manage ServiceNow ticket queues and coordinate cross-functional development requests.
• Build and deploy lightweight internal tools and workflow solutions using coding agents.
• Maintain governance, security, data integrity, and compliance across enterprise platforms.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based on-site in Austin, Texas, USA
• 5+ years experience in IT engineering, enterprise applications administration, or systems engineering.
• Hands-on experience with SaaS platforms and user lifecycle management.
• Experience with ServiceNow, APIs, SSO (Okta/Azure AD), and identity management.
• Ability to quickly learn and administer new enterprise platforms.
• Comfortable working in compliance-focused and audit-sensitive environments.
