What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise employer accounts to drive satisfaction, engagement, and long-term retention.
- Identify growth and expansion opportunities while collaborating with Sales to execute business cases.
- Monitor client health and usage metrics to proactively mitigate risks and address potential churn.
- Partner with channel and payer partners to navigate complex strategic relationships.
- Consult clients on program optimization and benchmark data to ensure measurable clinical and business impact.
- Represent the client internally by sharing insights with product, analytics, and marketing teams to inform service improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or client services in digital health, healthcare, benefits, or SaaS.
- Must possess active US work authorization.
- Proven history of managing enterprise-level employer relationships (5,000+ employees) through channel or payer partners.
- Demonstrated ability to support marketing or engagement strategies that yield measurable client outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in translating data performance into actionable client insights.
- Ability to travel occasionally (up to 20%) for client meetings and regional team collaboration.
Nice to have
- Experience in the digital health, wellness, or family health space.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Gainsight, Looker, and Microsoft Office.
- Background in supporting health benefit programs for employer or payer clients.
