TL;DR

Business Development & Customer Success Manager (Sales/GPO): Driving growth and client retention across an assigned multi-state territory for hirify.global’s Group Purchasing Organization with an accent on senior living and behavioral health markets. Focus on new member acquisition, strategic account planning, and building high-level relationships with C-suite stakeholders to deliver measurable operational value.

Location: Must be based in the US (New England region preferred)

Salary: $90,000–$150,000

What you will do

  • Drive territory growth by recruiting new members through a consultative, solutions-oriented sales approach.
  • Manage existing client relationships to increase contracted spend participation and broaden engagement.
  • Conduct regular, primarily in-person client business reviews (CBRs) with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Analyze purchase utilization data to provide strategic savings opportunities and optimize procurement strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal implementation teams to ensure seamless contract activation and onboarding.
  • Document account activity, risks, and forecasting in the CRM to ensure data integrity.

Requirements

  • Must have 5+ years of applicable experience.
  • Must be able to travel 61-80% within the US.
  • Must reside within the specific market being serviced (New England).
  • Strong experience in GPO account management or healthcare procurement.
  • Demonstrated success in solution selling and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and high-level executive presentation skills.
