TL;DR

Senior Account Executive (SaaS): Generating outbound pipeline and managing the full sales cycle for a travel and spend management platform with an accent on mid-market client acquisition and complex B2B sales cycles. Focus on prospecting, performing discovery demos, and closing high-value business deals while maintaining accurate pipeline data in Salesforce.

Location: Hybrid (must be based in or willing to relocate to Boston, Chicago, or Miami and work in-person 3 days per week)

Salary: $165,000 (Total On-Target Earnings)

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from initial outbound prospecting to final deal closure.
  • Generate new business pipeline through high-volume outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Tailor product demonstrations to address the specific pain points of office managers, finance, and HR leaders.
  • Maintain clean and accurate forecasting records within Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with implementation and account management teams to ensure a seamless post-sale client experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience in SaaS, tech, or startups.
  • Proven ability to execute outbound prospecting and generate net-new business.
  • Eligibility to work in the USA.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Boston, Chicago, or Miami.
  • Comfort engaging senior decision-makers and adapting sales pitches to diverse personas.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for video and phone interactions.
