What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from initial outbound prospecting to final deal closure.
- Generate new business pipeline through high-volume outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Tailor product demonstrations to address the specific pain points of office managers, finance, and HR leaders.
- Maintain clean and accurate forecasting records within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with implementation and account management teams to ensure a seamless post-sale client experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience in SaaS, tech, or startups.
- Proven ability to execute outbound prospecting and generate net-new business.
- Eligibility to work in the USA.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Boston, Chicago, or Miami.
- Comfort engaging senior decision-makers and adapting sales pitches to diverse personas.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for video and phone interactions.
