TL;DR

Senior Account Executive (Saas): Developing relationships with new and existing clients while navigating corporate pathways into enterprise accounts to build interest in hirify.global's suite of solutions with an accent on consultative selling to mid-to-high level contacts. Focus on executing a strategic sales plan, prioritizing accounts, and delivering regular quarterly revenue.

Location: 100% remote anywhere in the US

What you will do

  • Sell into new Enterprise accounts, deliver presentations and build relationships with key decision makers.
  • Cultivate and maintain excellent relationships by using a consultative approach to open discussions with prospects, explore their business needs, and discover solutions.
  • Develop and execute a strategic and comprehensive business plan for each account, mapping the benefits of solutions to the client’s business requirements.
  • Maintain timely documentation within Salesforce.com of customer contact and activity data.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop an effective plan for accounts, including events, seminars, and roadmap sessions.
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned quota.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years successful territory sales experience in enterprise software sales.
  • Expertise selling technical software solutions to various business groups within an organization.
  • Documented ability to build a strategic sales plan, prioritize, and execute as planned.
  • Ability to meet quota and adapt to changing environments.
  • Analytical skill set, strong presentation skills, and ability to interact with any level within an organization.

Nice to have

  • SAP (or other ERP) knowledge/experience.
  • MDM sales experience.
  • B2B selling experience and business acumen to engage all functional departments.
  • Process Automation Knowledge/Experience.
  • Experience in data management, applications, IT platforms.
  • Understanding of Data Quality and Big Data.
