TL;DR

Client Partner (Sales): Leading business development and uncovering client's known and unknown needs with an accent on account revenue growth and building relationships with decision-makers. Focus on delivering value propositions and achieving superior NPS scores with clients.

Location: USA. Work from home or in any office of your country.

Salary: $150,000.00-$200,000.00 annually.

What you will do

  • Lead business development activities and develop new opportunities in existing clients.
  • Develop and maintain a key account plan.
  • Use personal expertise to uncover the client’s known and unknown needs and goals.
  • Facilitate the opportunity and proposal management activities.
  • Collaborate in cross-functional teams to build strong relationships.
  • Ensure quality data (CRM) to enable effective customer retention and business development activities, identifying and resolving issues.

Requirements

  • Previous consultative sales or customer management experience with an emphasis on account revenue growth, working with enterprise clients.
  • Strong understanding of IT consulting and software development terms and concepts, technology, external regulation, and industry best practices.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and with multi-cultural and geographically disbursed teams.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Information Technology, Business, or related discipline).
  • Willingness to travel a minimum of 30% to the client and team location.

Nice to have

  • Advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Relevant certifications in client success/relationship, project management, or leadership (CBRM, CSAP, ITIL, PMP, etc.) are advantageous.
